Are you saying that this will fix my jpeg rollover / info problem? I'm
not to comfortable fooling with the registry unless I have a pretty
good idea.
Thanks, Airpix

This is just diagnosis so I can ask you what you want and make minimal alterations to your system. You probably aren't capable of telling me what I want to know. I can fix it now back to factory defaults but this will also break any installed graphic programs, of which you most likely have many low quality ones (one with each digital camera, scanner, etc, one that you bought or downloaded, some media players and CD Burning software also do stuff like this).

So I want to know what havoc you have visited on your machine.

You are only exporting not changing anything.

All the other answers have been wrong. They are about all tips or no tips not partual tips.

Airpix do what Unrepper and Sharon F instructed you to do on your post
of 7/5. Ignor David Candy's post, expecially editing the Registry which
is unnecessary.
Open control panel switch to classic view open folder options the click view.
Scroll to the bottom and check show pop up description for folder and destop
items. Click Apply and OK.
Unrepper has mentioned one setting that should be enabled. There is a
second setting in the same location that you may want to check off as well:
display file size information in folder tips.

The first setting is already set. This is what he said

"Thaks Don, Those are they settings I already had. The pop-up info is
there for the folders, word.docs, etc but not for image files, tiffs,
jpegs, and the like."

The second setting is irrelevent.

Try to read posts before responding.
