Showing Document Name within the Document

Is there a way to automatically display the file name of a Word
document within the document itself?

For example, a Word document might be named "Report 3". After making
changes, the document might be saved as "Report 4" and then printed.

For future identification, it would be desirable to automatically show
"Report 4" within the printed document.

Explore the Insert | Field dialog and use a FileName field, and make sure in
Tools | Options, Print, you check the box to "update fields" on printing.

Or if you want this in the header/footer, filename is an option on the
autotext list on that toolbar.
