How do I start a Title page for a 10 page report?

The easiest solution is to keep the title page in a separate document,
if this is a document that should be printed.

Alternatively, see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/NumberingFrontMatter.htm (which
includes more information than title page creation, though).
