Change text from UPPER CASE to lower case. How do I do it????

Select the text.

SHIFT+F3 will toggle between Upper/Lower/Title case.

Format>Change Case offers options for Upper/Lower/Title/Sentence case
and a toggle option.

Format > Change Case, or press Shift+F3.

Could you really not find this answer in the program's Help?
