www.download.com,www.phazedll.com,www.snapfiles.com etc websites
Is there any tool for scanning the software before installation....

In my opinion download.com and snapfiles seem to be pretty safe sites and I
use both quite a bit. I don't know about phazedll. Use your virus scanner to
scan any files that you download before you install them and make sure your
virus scanner is kept current with critical updates from your vendors
website. I use Norton and I can right click any file and select scan for

The phazedll site does not exist at this time except as a site that is a
holding page. Downloading from a site that's not there is not a good idea.
In other words, when I open the page, I get the holding page that has a lot
of categories on it. Look for sites with a decent longevity behind them. A
site such as the one you gave a link for is probably not likely to be a
place where downloading should be considered safe.

Is there a tool for scanning software before installation? Yes... It's
called Anti***** like antispyware, antitrojan, or antivirus... Look for
products with real-time scanning and update them CONSTANTLY. If they can be
configured to update hourly then it's my advice to do so. I have my KAV
update every half hour. The scary part is that there are often many updates
throughout the day. If you don't have software for this then this link will
help you by providing you with some information on the how and the products
to use for free.
