Data decryption EFS

Well World here's my problem:
I have some very important encrypted data (EFS) that I need to decrypt
from my previous system (WinXP Pro). I also have the following files from
previous system:
C:\Documents and Settings\dorde\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\*
....\SystemCertificates\My\Certificates\*
....\SystemCertificates\My\Keys\*
but I don't have, so called, "Master Key". I know all passwords from
previous system.
So, is there anything I can do?
Please, Thanks

Check if this article helps:

If none of the above is close to your scenario, you might have to use 3rd
party software, such as Advanced EFS Data Recovery:

You will either need to log on as the user that orginally encrypted the
files, or log on as the recovery agent (assuming you are a member of a domain
and a agent was defined)
Good Luck.
