Firewall

I am unable to connect to the Internet through Musicmatch Jukebox b/c of a
firewall that is turned on. I have disabled at least one firewall by opening
the security center. I can't figure out how to disable the firewall that's on
from a program I've already deleted. As a result, I cannot download music.
Please help!

Hi, Musicman. Could you please clarify what you mean by "disabled at
least one firewall"? You should only have one firewall running; if you
have more than one running that could definitely cause your problems.
I'm also not sure what you mean about disabling a firewall from a
program you've already deleted. What program, and did you uninstall it
using Add/Remove Programs?
