When I open certificate xx.cer, windows starts
"C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe" cryptext.dll,CryptExtOpenCER
D:\work\xx.cer
when I click to Detail tab and select Valid from field, it says: 22.februára
2005 18:13:37 (I have Slovak regional settings). But in xx.cer is valid from
date stored in UTC date and time and in february is offset only +1 hour, not
+2, so it should show 17 hours, not 18. I think it shows 18 hours, because
now is +2, so the offset is computed from current situation, not from in
february. I tested this situation in .NET, and it works fine.
I think, this is a bug.
