Modify the settings of that particular application in its options.

The information above is intended to assist you; however, it is
suggested you research for yourself before you take any advice - you
are the one ultimately responsible for your actions/problems/solutions.
Whenever possible, the advice will include the method/places used in
compiling the answer. Also, questions may have been asked to clarify
your situation OR to give you an idea of where to look - do not dismiss
them lightly.

No need for all caps..

How about letting us in on what application it is...?
Is this an application you want running but don't want reminding you it is
running or is this an application you don't want running at all?

You can get rid of all of them with this:
http://www.winguides.com/registry/display.php/983/

Still no need for all caps..

Which remote admin application?

Many like VNC have methods out there to hide the tray Icon.. Some of the
flavors of VNC and other like applications have even added these "hidden
settings" to their interfaces. Without knowing which one you are running
(Name, version) - it will be difficult to help you.

You would look in Radmin's Options. If it doesn't have any options or
preferences, you would then call or otherwise contact Radmin's tech
support people for help with their product. This is not a Microsoft
issue.
