Hello:

I received a notice from my Norton AntiVirus that: Auto-Protect failed to
Repair Quarantine the Alwayup Trojan
<<<
Source: C:\WINDOWS\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5\0Z4RMI0I\aun_0036[1].exe
Click for more information about this threat : Trojan.Alwayup
>>>>

Further note in the log says that the Delete failed. and that Access was
denied.

A complete NAV scan of my PC showed no infected files.

I located the file mentioned in the log reading posted above. It said that
it had 0 Bytes. I simply deleted it with no problems.

1) Are there other measures I should take to ensure that the PC is truly rid
of that Alwayup Trojan?

2) Does Access Denied under "actions taken" in the log mean that the Trojan
failed to spread to other parts of my PC?

2) Does a zero bye size mean that that NAV somehow "stripped" that file of
infected content?

3) Would it be safe to simply delete all the contents of that 0Z4RMI0I
subfolder within the TIF folder without losing irreplaceable info and/or
programs?

Thanks in advance
-Eli
