A large problem with .Net Framework

First tried updating my 1.0 into 1.1, but while installing the installer hung
and I had to ctrl+alt+del and close the application i tried that again a few
more times, then I tried installing 2.0 that did the same thing. I went into
Add/Remove programs and removed Framework 1.0. Then I tried to installed 1.1
again, with the same results. making me alt+ctrl+del each time to close the
"hung" application every time. ran "installer" found 3! "Microsoft .Net
Framework 1.1 RTL..." and 1 "Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 Beta RTL..." im
assuming that all of these are partially installed since they all "hung" at
when installtion says its Registering (something) I forget what it what it
was named but I can find out if need be. I remeber it was the last part of
the installation, and I alt+crl+del out of the app each time. I did this both
for 1.1 and 2.0 beta. I did not realize that it made new partially installed
pieces of software each time I attempted to install it. I guess I should of
known since I did alt+ctrl+ del out of the installation each time, disrupting
the setups.

What I'm wondering is how do I delete each of these since now every time I
try to install a Framework software it will "hang" at Registering part I
think this is what caused the first installation of 1.1 to "hang" and now its
just piling up. Also since all these Frameworks are partially installed when
I try to uninstall them an error comes up saying “This action is only valid
for products that are currently installed.” So how do I delete all of these
unfinished Framework files? Is what I was hoping to find out. Thanks for your
time.
