How to avoid running as Administrator?

Hi

I don't like connecting to the net when running as an Administrator.
WU doesn't like my attempts at avoiding it. If I try with my normal
(Power User) account I get one page, and if I try to use RunAs (using
the Run As check box in the menu link properties) I get a different page,
both of them not allowing me to get at the updates.

Is there a way to avoid going online as an Administrator and still get at
the update list? Even if I can't do installs, I'd still like to check the list
to see what I may be missing, can I somehow do that without connecting
as an administrator?

Have you tried using AU instead? E.g. use the Notify me... option
(e.g. from Run... wuaucpl.cpl )
