I want to delete cookies but I understand there will be some I may want to
keep, those attached to web sites where I want my details remembered, for
instance. How do delete cookies without losing these as well and without
selecting them one by one?

I use CrapCleaner-it has a tab to mark which ones to keep and then you
can save your settings.
