Update for Windows XP (KB898461)

Update for Windows XP (KB898461) is permanently in my systray. On trying to
install it it syas it failed to install successfully. It trys again every
time I shut down. It'll be there forever more I guess.

Same here.
I keep my system patched.
Windows XP SP2
Norton 2005.
Tried downloading it and installing the patch - but it also errors out.
