I keep getting the same Microsoft Critical Update Notification everyday for
update KB867801.
Every time it gets installed successfully and the next day prompts me to
install it again.

Do you know whats causing it and how to fix it?

Mine is permanently trying to run the update install but is always
unsuccessful.
