I have Windows XE but it's in Korean, I can't figure out the symbols to
change the language to English. Or where do I download an English update or
something?

The only way to change the language of the Windows program,
is to buy a full install CD and either setup a dual boot or
do a clean install. Updates cannot change the language. If
you try to use an upgrade CD, you will get an error message.

If you're going to do a clean install, you can buy an OEM CD
as sold by MS for system builders.

BTW, do you have XP or ME, your typo could be either?
