With Windows 98 I could defrag my floppy (A) drive. With Windows XP I can
only defrag the hard drive (C). Is there a way I can still defrag my floppy?

No, there is no need to defrag a floppy disk.

A floppy disks is only 1.44Mb in size.
The way to "defrag a floppy"
Is to copy the files off it - reformat it - and then write the files back.
What makes you think you need to defrag a floppy disk?
