Hello,
Every time that I'm downloading Windows XP Service Pack 2 I get the message
that the download failures. I get the Error Code: 800B0100. I don't know what
it means so maybe you know it.

Do you have any Norton (Symantec) products installed ? If the answer is
yes, suggest you disable them prior to accessing the Windows Update
site. REMEMBER to reenable them after the installation and/or after any
required reboot.
IF not, see if running the .bat file on this page resolves the issue :
