Hi,
I know that this might sound disastrous but will need time to correct.
Meanwhile, please help.
I have the following configuration:
2-node cluster running DC, cluster service (2k3 EE) and SQL 2000.
Currently, node 1 is unable to start SQL service and thus the cluster group
is now owned by node 2.
The error returned is " Cannot generate SSPI context" and the problem seems
to be a SPN problem.
I downloaded the SETSPN tool but can not determine which SPN to delete.
Please help.
Thanks
Yba.

Try a search?
<title>KB811889 - How to troubleshoot the "Cannot generate SSPI context"
error message</title>
<title>KB822265 - You receive a "Cannot generate SSPI context" error
message and the configuration database is not created when you run
SharePoint Portal Server 2003 Setup</title>
The second article contains an example of using the setspn command.
The first article contains a link to more detailed information about it
in the MSDN.
Here's the rest of the hit list without referring to setspn
http://support.microsoft.com/search/default.aspx?spid=global&query=%22Cannot+generate+SSPI+context%22&catalog=LCID%3D1033&pwt=false&title=false&kt=BOOLEAN&mdt=0&comm=1&ast=1&ast=2&ast=3&mode=a&x=12&y=14
BTW this is definitely off-topic for this newsgroup.
You would probably get better help in a newsgroup which specializes
in either SQL or Active Directory Administration.
