Hi, I have the following message appear in my screen (I have a Windows XP)
and don't know how to fix it.
svchost.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x00c0f8e4" referenced memory at "0x81f9c808". The
memory could not be "read".
It then gives me the option to 'terminate program' or debug. If I choose
either, it removes the message, but also my laptop stops recognising the
sound card, and therefore I don't have sound from then onwards. I don't know
if this is causing further harm.
Could you please tell what is wrong and how to fix? Thank you so much!
Nadia
