I'm having trouble accessing the Windows Update Catalog.

I click on 'Use administrator options' in Windows Update then click on the
Windows Update Catalog link. I'm then taken to a page telling me how to log
on as Administrator. Problem is I'm already logged in as an Administrator!

Cn anyone tell me how I can access Windows Update Catalog please

Thanks

Always disclose your OS when you need help.
Otherwise we can't tell what tools and diagnostics you should have to use.

Try starting with this general purpose troubleshooter.
Note that it says it's for XP users but I think it may also apply
to any NT5x OS.

<title>KB813444 - How to troubleshoot situations where you cannot
complete MSN sign-up or connect to SSL secured (128-Bit) Web sites by
using Internet Explorer in Windows XP</title>

(In particular the regsvr32 commands are known to help in some cases.)
