I downloaded the new Update software (updates Windows & Office) and now I
can't install the updates for Windows that downloaded. What is the problem?
It worked fine with the old software.

Hi;

What happens, exactly, when you attempt to install an update from the
new site? If you attempt an update and it fails, what error information
do you see in the .\Windows\WindowsUpdate.LOG file?

I'd suggest doing a Restart, closing down any unnecessary background
apps (especially pop-up blockers and download managers), then trying MU
again.

What version of Windows (to include Service Pack level) are you using?
Are you using Internet Explorer as your browser when you visit the MU
website? What firewall are you using?
