Hi. When I try to update through Windows Update, I get a message saying that
Windows Update has encountered an error and cannot display the requested page.

Could someone please help me? Thanks.

, I also encountered the exact same problem with Windows Update. I would

I just got this resolved by calling microsoft - it was pretty involved. If
you send me a email requesting it I will send you the steps we went through.
He told me he would email them to me soon. anyone else that wants the info
for that error message I will send it to you also - or call 866 834-8317 and
press zero for customer assistance. It took about 40 minutes but it now
works. Hope this benefits someone. saamaas@sbcglobal.net
