This is the message what I get when I am trying to install IE6:

Setup was unable to install all the components. Please close all
applications and try running setup again.

But I'm not using any browser while installing, and MSN is off...

Also Internet Explorer isn't in the list @ Software...

Have a look through, especially response 4, 5 & 6 if you have Windows ME
