can not install sp2 or Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1
downloads fine but will not install
error code 80024600A
did clean boot : MSConfig.exe unchecked startup
made sure no background programs were running
did run on "regsvr32 qmgrproxy.dll"
regsvr32 was OK
qmgrproxy.dll error "LoadLibrary ("qmgrproxy.dll) failed- The specified
module could not be found.
checked for Install log to find problem only logs currently on computer are
from SP1 updates/instalations
no log found generated for this attempt at SP2
