On or about 6/20/2005, my Windows XP SP2 machine notified me that it had
downloaded and installed a security update. Ever since then, when I try to
close IE6 I get the following iexplorer.exe Application Error "The
instruction at 0x02334213 referenced memory at 0x01c3f238. The memory could
not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program. Anyone else have this
problem? Anyone have a cure?
Thanks,

What addon are running in IE at the time? OPen IE, click tools-->Manage
add-ons. Disable any add-ons you don't use. If you see anything bad run
MSAS or adaware.
