btyahoo updated itself and now there's a dial-up box when I turn it on
BTYahoo prompted me to update my software, the new software it downloaded
isn't as good, it starts btyahoo and yahoo messenger automatically and
prompts to dial up as soon as windows has loaded.
Could anyone please help me how I turn this off? I used to understand
windows 98 but I'm using XP now, so have no idea how to do it.
Thanks for any help

Things to try:
1. Do a System Restore to before you updated the software.
Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore - Restore my
computer to an earlier date (follow the Wizard).
2. Contact BTYahoo's tech support for issues with their programs.

It's not polite for a new versions to change your preferences but it
happens. Have you checked the menus of these programs for startup and
connection settings?
