All of our desktops and servers were updated with Microsoft's June 14
security updates this morning and now many things are broken. I've
rolled back the updates and rebooted servers/computers but that
didn't help. Here are some of the problems:
1. A Windows Server 2003 no longer can see our network. Device manager
shows NIC is working properly.
2. Outlook 2003 will not open at all for one user. Error says there is
an installation problem but Windows installer doesn't work either so
can't run detect and repair or re-install.
3. Many Outlook XP users get error that Word cannot be used as email
editor & "you don't have appropriate permission"
4. Two Access XP databases have mailmerges set up so that users can
generate letters in Word - that doesn't work on some computers (no
error - just nothing happens).
5. "File, Send to as Attachment" does not work in Word for some
users.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
