When I attempt to slipstream windows fix 885835 for Windows Media Center 2005
or even Windows XP Professional it fails. Unfortunately it does not have the
special option to create a log This is the log I get. When I install the
patch through update or through SMS, or through scripting it works. I cannot
find any reference on the knowledge base for this. The machine is Windows XP
Media Center Edition with service pack 2 integrated from Microsoft, and as I
noted the patch KB885835 installs through normal means later.
Does anyone know more of this issue?
