can anyone please help with problem..i have 18 critcals waiting to come down,
but can't get them

The network card is inactive or disconnected. All jobs are placed in the
BG_JOB_STATE_TRANSIENT_ERROR state



See if your network card is disabled. Enable it

I have the same problem and solved it in the following way.
The problem is in the panda (titanium) anti virus software, try to
desinstall panda and get the update's afterwards.
