I can not find Outlook Expres. When I go to All Programs' it not listed. How
can I get it in this PC. The other PC we have , does have ti, but not this
one.

Create a shortcut to:
"C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe"
You can also copy & paste it into a Run box.
Right-click the taskbar, Unlock
Right-click the taskbar, "Toolbars", select "Quick Launch"
Right-click the taskbar, Lock
Now Outlook Express is on the taskbar.
