Every time I'm on the internet, I keep getting the Error Report Message
(non-stop really), what do I have to do to stop getting this? After I send
error it closes everything down and then I have to start all over. Please
someone HELP! This is very frustrating!

First you need to post to a newsgroup appropriate for the operating
system and issue. This newsgroup is for the windows update feature.

Second it sounds like your system is infested with malware. See these

Lastly if you do post to another newsgroup provide more and pertinent
information. What is the system setup and configuration, the operating
system, how are you access the internet - dial up, cable, dsl - who is
the ISP, what browser are you using. What exactly is the error message
verbatim, etc etc.
