After downloading updates for brother fax and outlook express updates from
microsoft, my keyboard won't function properly. Caps lock will not operate
and the brackets after the P dont work. Functions on the number set are
screwey. Removed driver and reinstalled but still have problem. Had this
problem before and had to wipe disk and reload program.

Try Start, Settings, Control Panel, "Regional and Language Options", "Regional Options" tab, and
use the spin box to select "English (Canada)" Duplicate this on the "Advanced" tab.
Click the "Languages" tab "Details" button, and make sure you have "English (Canada)" selected.
Click "Apply" and OK your way out.

If all the options were already correct, change any one of the options to activate the "Apply"
button, then change it back, click "Apply", and OK your way out.
