Joshua,
I am running Windows XP pro and suddenly started getting the sysdata.xml and
minidump reboot problems. They first occured when running the Windows Beta
Spyware utility and then again when running the Norton's Windows Registry
Scan utility. I am at a complete loss as to how to fix this. When I run
either of these programs, it stops in the middle of the scan and simply
reboots and then displays the following error:
C:\DOCUME~1\Jon\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER08a5.dir00\Mini052705-01.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Jon\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER08a5.dir00\sysdata.xml
Can you please help me with this?
