Hi,

Just downloaded and install WSUS on my Windows 2003 server. I select all
the default setting during the installation except using port 8530
instead of the default port (80). The installation well fine without any
complaint.

The problem is that I am getting this 403 error - You are not authorized
to view this page when tried accessing the update site with address
http://server:8530. However, I am able to access the admin page
http://server:8530/wsusadmin (prompted me for the password). I am wonder
if I have to setup any special permission on the default homepage.

I get the same message on my webspace when I do not have an INDEX.HTM file on
the server. I don't know if that applies to you, but I hope it will help you
out.
