System is W2K3 + SP1

I dont have the "Safer" key in the reg or the "Trusted Publisher" Entry
under GPEDIT.MSC (under restrictions I get the message "No Software
Restriction Policies Defined"

Any ideas ??? Worked fine on server at home but not here at work. Im also
getting restrictive clients being able to log in guessing SP1 did that too!!!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
