whenever i try to download windows sp2 either off microsoft update or through
windows update, i get an error message of Error Code: 8007F0CC , can anyone
help me? PLEAASEE?

Thnx Rich, It helped great amount, i had no idea alterin the boot.ini would
matter, but it obviously does, ur a genius, thnx again!!!!!
