There are links here and there that stay unlegibly yellow. How to

It must be somewhat simple because I opened a different user acct. for my
cousin and it doesnt have the (yellow link) problem. Please Help

Suggestions:
Internet Options> General> Colors: Check colors for visited/unvisited
links. Default is purple (visited) and blue (unvisited).

Check that there are no display selections enabled in Accessibility
Options. Then reset to a standard theme.

I'm not positive what he's talking about either. I got "links" and "color"
out of the info posted. Hopefully one of those setting areas will help.
