HI guys,
I just installed SP2, and the computer restarted, but it stuck when it tried
to restart, so i got to turn it off.
After I turn it on looks there are some problems, because windows media
player is not working and it shows a message that says " an internal
application error has occurred"

I just installed wmp10
Furthermore, firewall is not working!!

Any help I'll apreciate

Fanor,

Did you scan the system for "unwanted software" (i.e. Malware) prior to
installing SP2?
Were there issues with XP prior to installing SP2?
If the answer is YES to either one than it would behoove you to
uninstall SP2 for now.
