I am trying to install the "Microsoft Windows Rights Management Services
Client with Service Pack 1" update that just became available. The patch
seems to download ok but during the installation phase I get an error that
the installation failed. I am directed to review the installation history
where I see a log of all installed updates - next to MS Win Rights Management
Svc it says "Failed". When I click on "Failed" I get a popup window that
says "Installation Failure Error Code:643" and am directed to three self help
web sites. The first two web sites produced no help with Error Code 643 and
posting here is the third suggestion. Anyone got any ideas on what to do to
solve problem?

I am getting the same error with the same results on a different install.
Looks like this is Microsofts generic push to the side.
