I have followed theese instructions, rebooted my computer, but the problem
won´t disappear.
Why?

Try this! It worked for me.I got it from a post back in 2004!
Hi,
To fix this error 0x80248011. try the following in the command prompt. The
steps to follow are given below.
Click on Start -> run -> type command "cmd" and command prompt will appear.
After you are in command prompt try the following commands.
1) net stop wuauserv
2) cd /d %windir%\SoftwareDistribution
3) rd /s DataStore
4) net start wuauserv
Try to run windows update after these steps and let me know if this helps.
