Try this:
regsvr32 /i shdocvw.dll
If that does not help, open %Windir%\Inf folder and locate the ie.inf file
(might display as ie in Windows Explorer). Right-click IE.INF, and choose
Install. Insert your XP CD (integrated with SP2), OR point to the folder
%Windir%\ServicePackFiles\i386 for the updated versions of the system files.
