Internet explorer window

I would like a new Internet Explorer window to open when I click on a link
within an email, for example. Currently if I have an Internet Explorer
window already open and I click a link, it 'replaces' the window I already
have open. Please can you let me know how to change this.
Thanks very much.

Tools | Internet Options | Advanced. Uncheck: Reuse windows for launching
shortcuts.

Outlook Express opens a new window for the first link clicked, and then uses
that same window for each subsequent link. I know of no way to change this.
