I somehow lost the box in OE that says "Automatically log onto Windows
Messenger". There is a blank space in OE options where that box used to be.
Can anyone tell me how to get it back? I am using Win XP SP2.
Thanks,

It's possible it was removed in SP2 as being a potential security risk. If
you are sure that's when it went then decide if that one thing is worth
sacrificing the extra security of SP2 for, if it is then uninstall the
Service Pack so you don't have to suffer such inconvenience.

Actually it has been there all along until recently. I believe that it went
away about the time I installed Windows Messenger 5.1. The same thing did
not happen when I installed 5.1 on my other computer.
