debugging is bugging me!

Dear white knight or facsimile,
I know that what is happening to me is the result of something that I myself either changed or added to my system, but for my life I can't recall what it was! The problem I happens continually on many sites I go to.

I will be on a page an try to click on something when I get a "script error," the error message asks me if "I want to debug." Not that I even know what it is, but I have to choose yes or no to move on at all - In many cases I actually must choose to yes to debug and go throught the whole stupid process before the second message comes which then allows me to choose "no" before moving ahead.

Whatever that idiotic thing was that I switched on, or installed.... I know that before it appeared, I never in my life had to debug anything but my dog Stormy, and then only once a year! If anyone out there offers help to morons.... this one is begging to hear from you! Kindly copy my personal email at: nsheppard@nyc.rr.com
Thanks

This may be the solution.

In IE: Tools | Internet Options | Advanced. Uncheck: Disable Script
Debugging and the next two boxes below that.

If that doesn't fix it, post to the correct Internet Explorer newsgroup as
this is Outlook Express:

IE6 Specific Newsgroup:
