How to permanately block email addresses

How do I permanately block email addresses? I keep getting ugly spam email. I
send them all to blocked senders list and I go in tools and add the
newsgroups as well. The problem is, I keep getting the ugly emails from
different name, same email addresses or similar addresses. They all just go
in the deleted, but I want to permanately stop this. How do I accomplish
this? Thank you

If you are succfully getting them to go to the Deleted Items folder, then
use a message rule instead.

Where the From line contains people
Delete it from the server
Add the addresses one at a time and name the rule.

I am not too computer litterate. I don't understand what you are talking
about. Will this permantely delete these emails from ever coming into my
mailbox? Will it give the sender a message that the mail has not been
accepted? I need step by step instructions. Thank you so much for your help!

You won't ever see them. They will be deleted at your ISP so they will not
be downloaded to OE at all.

Click on Tools | Message Rules | Mail | New and follow the steps provided in
my first reply.

The problem is, this spam is using a different address each time it's
sent, so you have to block by key words, or at least that's what I did
before I started stopping everything at the server that didn't have an
email address in MY address book.

That is Rule #4 in the first link I provided. However, the OP said that
Blocked Senders was successfully moving them to Deleted Items.
