I have reinstalled my computer and after that... i find that my computer
"send to recipient " functional doesn't work....and i find that the in
Internet Options --> program-->email section , I can't select outlook
express as as my email program, only can choose OUTLOOK. What can I do now?

Is *send to recipient* an Outlook function? I am not familiar with that
term.

Try making OE the default e-mail client.

Make OE the default e-mail client:

Although written for WinXP, it works for all Windows operating systems 98 or
newer.

If you are using WinXP/SP2, and it was not already on your computer from the
factory, you will have to remove SP2 first.

You may have to set OE as the default e-mail client again.
