When I select Help in OE6, and click on Contents & Index, nothing
happens. (A similar problem occurs in IE6)
Why is this please?
Is it possible to move the Norton folder to below Sent?

Hi Trish!

Not sure about the F1 part of your question at the mo, but the folder will
only be listed in alphabetical order unless you drag/drop the Norton folder
to the Sent folder & then it becomes a sub directory of sent

I will look into the F1 part for you when I get a chance
