Tonite I tried to (using NEW install of WinXP Pro)play a news page
video. When I was installing the player offered in a "codec?" box, I denied
a registry change request that Spybot offered. Now, the video news clips
sound plays, but just with initial picture--no moving action. When I click
to "x" out, I get a "Not Responding" box, click on stop now, and it exits
the page altogether & sends me back to desktop.
How can I "redo" the installation & accept the registry change offered &
get video clips to play properly?
Thank you for help to this "newbie"(actually, not so new, but still
"illiterate"). s

Sorry, thought mine was an internet explorer question. But, after your
kind warning, I now see it is a Windows XP OS question. Thanks for your
guidance. s
