Hi Alls
I just create special folder in inbox folder,as like
1.Newsletter
2.My Boss
3.My Friend
4.My Vendor
etc...
alls message I was move to special folder as suitable with title message,but
if new message come in,this message only stay in main folder inbox not in
special folder,how to set it message in order to as her folder.

I think you must use message rules under tools /message rules

Hi Adesu,

I would suggest creation of your folders under Local Folders, not as a
sub-folder of the Inbox, a default OE folder. The Inbox should not be used
for long term storage. This will add to the risk of losing messages if
backup is not done. Use message rules to sort incoming messages.

These are the choices to be found when creating a message rule. Stop
Processing More Rules is recommended for use with most rules. This action
can be added to a rule. For "People" use either the user name (if unique -
not part of a common word) or the full address.

In Outlook Express
Tools | Message Rules> Mail

1. Select the Conditions for your rule:

Where the From line contains people
Where the Subject line contains specific words
Where the message body contains specific words
Where the To line contains people
Where the CC line contains people
Where the message is marked as priority
Where the message is from the specified account
Where the message size is more than the size
Where the message has an attachment
Where the message is secure
For all messages

2. Select the Actions for your rule:

Move it to the specific folder
Copy it to the specific folder
Delete it
Forward it to people
Highlight it with color
Flag it
Mark it as read
Mark the message as watched or ignored
Reply with message
Stop processing more rules
Do not Download it from the server
Delete it from server
